The page is not yet updated, but I just took a guess and was able to download the CE package from http://hicap.frontmotion.com/Firefox/FM ... -en-US.msi.

I saw the email for 6.0, but I didn't see anything mentioned for 3.6.20. I also checked the download page, and it wasn't there. Is it still building? Is there a direct link?
