10.0.2, 10.0.2 ESR, and 3.6.27 released

The ESR from Mozilla is still the .exe setup. There is currently no differentiation for 10.0.2, but when FIrefox 11 comes out, the ESR will stay on the 10.x line. At that point, ESR will only get security fixes and not new features. I am starting to release the ESR now so that organizations don't have to scramble when the two start to diverge.
