It's probably caused by an incomplete file download. Redownload should solve the problem.

You are right,
I succeeded by downloading with an other computer.
Never had this behavior before. Thougt, MSI Files are CRC protected.

Since the msi's are digitally signed, Windows check if it is valid when you open the file. If it is corrupted somehow, it will show a warning that it is unsigned or have an invalid signature.
