disable Health Report data in Group Policies?
Firefox CEESR 24.0 is prompting users about reporting health data to FrontMotion. Is there a way to disable this with group policy settings? Thanks.

Re: Google custom search feature in 13.0.1
Not a good solution for an Enterprise with 26,000 computers at 65 different physical sites.

Re: 10.0.2 and search providers
I have to agree that this stinks. I deploy FireFox to 26,000+ computers with SCCM and a single .msi file. The Google Custom search looks like total junk. If this continues, I will not be using Frontmotion anymore.

Re: 10.0.2 and search providers
It looks like this change was made in 10.0.4 and it confused me. Please go back to the regular Google Search in 10.0.5.

Yes, I have to agree. I thought I had been bitten by the malware bug when I did my first search and received "Google Custom Search" results...

Re: Firefox 8.0.1
Just wanted to say awesome job on this package. Working so far with no problems. I even pushed it with SCCM while a user had FMFirefoxCE 7.0.1 open and in use. It installed in the background and the user was none the wiser. After they closed the browser and re-opened it, it was 8.0.1 (magically).

Re: Firefox 8 Is Out
I know this has to be a pain for you guys. I don't understand the drive to switch to this fast-versioning trend... Seems like version 7 was released only yesterday.

Re: Windows 7, Proxy by PAC, NTLM authentication
Looks like I might have stumbled across a "fix" for this issue. There is a chance Firefox was using an older "cached" version of the PAC script and some of the commands might also have been trying to use the IPv6 machine address instead of the IPv4 address. I'll know for sure in a few days, but so f...

Re: Windows 7, Proxy by PAC, NTLM authentication
No, we have UAC completely disabled in our environment. I need to research javascript some more.

Re: Windows 7, Proxy by PAC, NTLM authentication
In my case, I have narrowed it down to actually having something to do with the commands written in our PAC script. I verified this by pointing Firefox CE to a different PAC script that is much simpler with less commands. I can't tell you which commands are failing yet. I also don't understand why t...

Windows 7, Proxy by PAC, NTLM authentication
I'm having a strange problem with Integrated Windows Authentication and FM Firefox CE 7.0.1. We have intranet sites that seem to work fine. They get the NTLM information and we are never prompted for username or password. However, we also use an automatic proxy script (PAC file) for internet access ...

Re: FM Firefox CE come with Flash plug-in?
For our organization, I prefer installing the flash plugin separately because I run SCCM. Packaging the 2 together tends to increase the chance for bugs or incompatibility issues. I was just confused by the "features" web page for FMFirefoxCE that stated flash was still pre-installed. Anyway, thanks...

Re: about:home search form not submitting
My workaround was to set the welcome URL to this:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/%V ... /firstrun/
and the override_url to this:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/%V ... /whatsnew/
This prevents the 404 error, but doesn't help if you are still wanting to use the "ignore" statement.

and the override_url to this:

Re: about:home search form not submitting
YES!!! I thought it was something to do with our new proxy, but now I see others are having the exact same issue. If you set the override.mstone value to ignore, then the about:home page doesn't load the Google image and the search button doesn't work. Also, if you allow the firstrun web page to sho...
