Stop Internet Explorer Bookmarks import

How do I stop IE bookmarks from importing each time Mozilla FF is run for the first time.

override.ini in the Firefox exe directory where the ini contains:

If you have the right tools you can modify the FF MSI to add and deploy the file. If not, you'll need to copy the file over with a script.
