firefox 5, proxy setting for all user, homepage

Hi,
I would like to configurate the proxy setting of firefox for user user on the computer, and the homepage.
I want the configuration "detect automaticaly the proxy setting"
I use the adm of mozilla
It works only for one user
, and not for new users
Please, help me.. Really I don't find, and I use the package of yesterday
