Help Disabling Import Wizard

I am having trouble figuring out how to disable the import wizard on the initial running of Firefox after it is deployed. I am using group policy to deploy v3.5.7. I have to deploy this version because it is the latest release that will still work with one of our in house programs that we have yet to upgrade.
