Adding RSS Feeds

I had this problem with V6, and then it was fixed in V7 and worked fine in V8 also. Now with V9, I can't click an RSS link and subscribe to it. It asks me what I want to use to open it. If I pick Firefox, it just opens another tab and download dialog.
Any idea of how to fix? This is Frontmotion 9.0.1.
