Cannot open tabs in Firefox CE 9

Post by sharifu » Fri Feb 03, 2012 12:19 pm

If i deploy firefox ce 9 i cannot open tabs. if i install it stand alone on single machine the tabs works. has anyone had this problem?

Also when trying to search using the search feature on the top right the keyboard enter key does not seem to work, you have to use the mouse and click on the magnify icon to search

I have seen people talk about this even with regular Firefox, but I haven't seen it with any of the CE builds.

I have noticed that on 32bit machines if i disable ipv6 it messes up the tabs on firefox versions greater than 3.x. As i use a proxy to access the internet. the js is run at startup which disables ipv6 since js picks up the ipv6 in firfox if it is enabled.

I use mainly 64-bit machines, and I don't disable IPv6, so that's probably why I've not seen that.

As I told you in another post, I also have the same problem.
I have given up on v9.0.1 but found out that it was because of Tab Mix Plus I was including in my CE package...
