managing FF and FMFF in the enterprise

I'm looking to deploy this in our enterprise, and have a few questions.
1. How can an inventory system differentiate between FF and FMFF?
2. Can FF and FMFF coexist? I tested this, and it doesn't appear to be possible long-term. I installed FMFF to its own folder in program files, and then installed FF, and it installed by default to the FMFF folder. It also left the FMFF entry in add/remove programs.
I cannot prevent users from installing FF from Mozilla (well, I can, but I am not permitted to). So how can I have FMFF and FF?
