- Firefox MSI is a standard build of Mozilla Firefox, packaged as an MSI. It's almost identical to what you get from Mozilla.com, other than the packaging format.
- FrontMotion Firefox Community Edition is modified by FrontMotion to add Group Policy support. Since this is a functional code change, Mozilla no longer allows it to be branded as "Firefox". In theory, though, it should be just like Firefox, just with more knobs.
Multiple versions are offered because some people are sticking with 3.x for various reasons, some people prefer the 10.x
Extended Support Release (ESR) branch, and some people want the latest and greatest/bleeding edge.
