I have a domain ,and all my computers have Frontmotion 3.6.18,I want to update with GPO to firefox 3.6.28.
I made a test:
-frontmotion was uninstalled
-firefox has been installed correctly
but all my bookmarks was lost.
Can you say me what I have to do to install the last version 3.6.28 and keep the bookmark of frontmotion

If you're installing FMFirefox 3.6.28 you should be able to upgrade in place.
If you're talking about a generic Firefox MSI you created yourself, because Mozilla doesn't distribute an MSI, this probably isn't the right forum to be asking for help on it, but... I would expect that if you added the Firefox 3.6.28 MSI to group policy, chose "Advanced" for the deployment method, and manually added 3.6.18 as a package that 3.6.28 upgraded (not using the uninstall then install option, the upgrade over existing installation option), it would keep all your profile data. Definitely experiment with this on a test system first.
You could be looking at profile corruption, where Firefox can't read the old profile and is creating a new one to cope with the problem.
