Is there a read or link that explains which MSI to download? A little confusing.

The Firefox MSI is simply a standard Firefox build, packaged as an MSI. The resulting install should be identical to an official Mozilla build, for practical purposes.

FrontMotion Firefox Community Edition is Firefox with Group Policy configuration support added. It lets you manage various Firefox configuration/preference settings via Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Because this is a modification to the Firefox code, the Mozilla people don't allow all the Firefox trademarks to be used with it. As such, you'll see a different icon and titles in some places.

The releases marked ESR are Extended Support Releases. This is something done by the Mozilla project to make it easier for organizations to do change management. More info here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/
