FMFirefoxCE, SCCM and configuration

Forgive me if this has been asked before but I could not really find anything on it.

We are in an Enterprise environment (we are a high school system) and are using FMFirefoxCE (currently have ver 22.0 deployed). We have deployed it using SCCM and have used the "firefox.adm" and "mozilla.adm" to configure through AD GPO. There are really two main questions I have.

1. What is the best way to upgrade the current install? Just to another deployment? I assume that it will keep whatever settings/bookmarks it has.

2. Is there any way to include/manage any default bookmarks we want to use? We have 5 or 6 main websites that we want our staff to use and would like to have them included in a "default" set of bookmarks.

Windows SCCM 2012 server.
Windows 7 (32bit and 64bit) clients with some XP machines thrown in the mix.

Thanks.

1) The best way to upgrade is to do an deployment of the new package. SCCM should detect that the new package upgrades the old one. Settings and bookmarks are not changed.

2) the best way at the moment is to use CCK https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cck/ and create an XPI file. Upload the xpi to the packager and create the MSI.
