Where is my software?

I purchased this software a month ago and it has not been delivered. The only contact I can find is eric@frontmotion.com and I've emailed him twice and have had no response. I registered on this forum to see if I can get any help to get the softwate as my business needs it but this is getting ridiculous. What is really frustrating is that I had to register for this forum and got my registration email from... eric@frontmotion.com.
If someone can help me please do. So far the support for this software has been horrible and I'm about to contact my credit card company for a refund and to file a complaint against FrontMotion.
