Firefox 26 vs Frontmotion Firefox 26 difference ?

Hello,
We are using an automated way to update software within our corporate environment.
This known we a looking at a difference between Frontmotion and Firefox.
The idea behind is to be able to deploy updates based on the version installed.
Is there any file, registry or any other difference we could use as a criteria to differentiate those ?
As it is for about 4500 computers we are looking at a really reliable criteria !
