Assuming you were talking about the non-CE version, you were probably too quick on the draw, in that you were downloading them before they were uploaded/distributed to all Amazon servers. The non-CE version of 24.6.0 is downloadable now.
The CE version isn't posted on the site yet but is available on Amazon's servers. YMMV on the latter, DraconPern may still be testing them before he publishes the links.
