Hi all,
We're just deploying this amazing version of FF through all company computers, it's really nice for an IT guy to be able to manage all FF instances from AD!! Congrats guys! We're facing right now an issue, i will try to explain it and hope someone can help.
*Scenario: Windows 7 pro, java JRE 1.6.0.39, FMFirefoxCE-32.0.3-en-GB
*Problem: Can't trust Java applet certificate and store it on java's cert store.
*Applied "about:config" specs trhough AD Policy:
browser.startup.homepage Enabled
browser.startup.homepage http://www.tradisa.com
dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled Enabled
plugin.scan.plid.all Disabled
plugin.scan.SunJRE Disabled
plugin.state.java Enabled
plugins.update.url Enabled
plugins.update.url http://www.tradisa.com
security.warn_viewing_mixed Disabled
security.warn_viewing_mixed.show_once Disabled
dom.max_script_run_time 30
signed.applets.codebase_principal_support Enabled
When someone tries to browse our intranet the following message appears:
The only available action is click on "stop plugin". Then firefox shows that Java Plugin has crashed:
We've tried Firefox 33.1.1 and works fine, seems something related to CE version.
Is there anybody that have a clue?
Any about:config setting that can help on this?
Is there any schedule when FirefoxCE 33 will be launched?
Thank you in advance!
