I was looking over the current MSI packages available for download and was hoping to find version 34 but have been unsuccessful in doing so. I only saw up to 33.0.2 available on the downloads page. Is an MSI for version 34 going to be available for download in the near future or is there somewhere 'secret' it can be obtained from? Thanks in advance.
Re: Firefox 34 MSI
As of January 13, 2015, Firefox 35 is available from Mozilla.

Re: Firefox 34 MSI
Thanks for the reply.
I did see that on their site, however, I also noticed with version 35s release there are a few new 'known issues' that were not listed on the release notes for 34. We've been using the Frontmotion MSI packages for GPO deployment within our organization for sometime (since before I started working here a couple years ago) and was just hoping to find an MSI for version 34 already packaged for deployment. We can of course repack the exe for 34 ourselves if need be. I just like to stay consistent with the packages we use, ya know.
No biggie, was just curious to see if it was already out there somewhere that I just hadn't seen yet.

Re: Firefox 34 MSI
Yeah, I had just posted it since we had been waiting for a v34 MSI as well and now 35 is out. I'm hoping that the regular MSI is repackaged with the latest version, be it 34 or 35 depending on the issues.

Sorry about the slowness, between holidays, flu, and regular work, things really got behind.

It's going to take a while based on how long it normally takes to build a new release.asd wrote:hi,DraconPern wrote:Sorry about the slowness, between holidays, flu, and regular work, things really got behind.

I don't know what the limitation seems to be, whether it's space or computational power or I/O (maybe DragonPern could shed some light on it), but there are a lot of packages that need making for each release branch.
Re: Firefox 34 MSI
It seems that the MSI for version 34 is already available (check the first column on the Firefox MSI download page). Version 35 included some security fixes so hopefully that comes soon.
