Broken package

Hi,
I've downloaded firefox msi pl from http://hicap.frontmotion.com.s3.amazona ... 4.0-pl.msi . When I try to add an installation package in GPO, I get a message saying 'Operation failed. Unable to extract deployment information from the package. Run validation on the package to ensure that the package is correct'.
I've validated with Orca and at some items related to registry there are Errors. Can be done something about it?
Edit: I've checked that en_US package is correct. PL is broken.
