Home News says Mozilla Firefox MSI for version ESR 31.6.0 is up, but I dont see it

I am looking for ESR 31.6 to build using the v2 packager. The front page says it is available (as of 4/21) along with the community edition, but the CE is the only version I see in my package builder drop down.
