Unable to login to Packager - password reset results in error

I was visiting to build a new version (47) using my Packager login, but it stated my password was wrong (its not). But, the message does indicate that this might be due to the store migration and to do a password reset.
.
However, when I do the password reset, the link results in the following (back end) error: "Error establishing a database connection"

Can someone check that out and let me know?

Sorry about, the database with the login credentials was down. It's now working. It's a recent issue so I am keeping an eye on it. Thanks for letting me know!
