Greetings;
I've been trying to login to my Packager account to make a new build, but have been unsuccessful.
I've tried resetting the password. This is done via secure.frontmotion.com, and succeeds. I can even login using those details to see my account information, orders, etc.
But, when I try to use the same (new) password on the Packager login page, it fails with the message:
"
Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again. If, you are unable to login with the old password, it is because we have a new billing system. Please request a password reset on the new system.
"
--- the last sentence I have already tried twice.

Eric already replied to me via email - He indicated that Wordpress was patched for a 0-day and is currently working on the issue.
Just FYI if anyone else is having trouble and to notify others that Eric is aware of the issue already.
