Popup blocker

Hello!
Thank you for this wonderful release! I've succesfully deployed it and been very happy with the centralized management. Although I'm having difficult time with popup blocking. Our school is using sun java system messaging server and when composing a new mail firefox blocks the popup window created by java script. That's a know bug in Sun's bug database and maybe some day they'll fix it. Although with original firefox one can allow popups from the webserver and it can be done with fmfirefox too, but it seems to have no effect on the behaviour whatssoever. The popups still get blocked and no-one can write any mails, so this is a bit a of a problem
Any suggestions? I couldnt find popup allowed sites-list in the gpo either..I'm kinda out of options here. I also tried modifying dom.popup_allowed_events to some extent but couldnt find a string that allowes javascript popups bypass blocking, but I guess that wouldnt be such a good setting generally applied..
