How would I use this to also set a set Firefox config settings. Most notably I'm going to be setting a few locations in network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris to allow it to actually be useful in our Corporate Network.

If I can set stuff in the prefs, then I'll be deploying to the entire Corporation as soon as Mozilla fixes the Windows Firefox screen wobble bug.

Use the community edition which supports admin templates.
