FireFox installing on several occasions

I'm sometimes getting this in event log: The assignment of application Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 from policy FireFox succeeded. even though there has been no changes to the policy. I'm getting this when some (probably any) other MSI is installed via policy. Other MSI's don't do this. I install always per computer. Any ideas?

I can't reproduce this problem... can you tell me a bit more about the environment (OS, etc) on where this is happen on?

Well, I abused the board, sorry: I'm using your MSI, but not the community edition. I guess there isn't much difference though. We might want to try the CE some day.

FYI:
All workstations seem to have the same problem. I'm not sure whether FF really installs - it doesn't usually take time at all/not visible (installing managed software...) during startup, but the log states as I wrote.

Workstations: XP SP2, AD on W2k3 SP1.

FF installed originally using patpaul's MSI, upgraded using patpaul's again. Your's is in the same GPO, set to upgrade older packages. Assigned per computer.
