Firefox crashes on first start with a certain setting

The setting is privacy.sanitize.sanitizeOnShutdown=true
I could reproduce it on every computer I tested on. It only happens the very first time you start FFox.
OS: Win2k sp4,
Mozilla.adm v1.4
FFox community edition 1.5.0.3
