I don't know if this bug(?) is FM's or Mozilla's or what. Anyway: previously installed language packs won't work and they won't update. Updating used to work, even 2.0.0.x -> 3.0, but not this time. Installing new pack from here: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla ... win32/xpi/ works.
Other than that everything seems to work normally (that is: very well). Thank you Draconpern, once again, for your work.

I like to look further into this problem. Can you detail a simple setup that will reproduce the problem?

Well, I have installed Locale Switcher and our users have language pack installed. Earlier those packs could be automatically updated, but since v.3 they have to install them manually and remove those not compatible with new versions. This is not a huge problem.
