Extension fixes for 3.0.1 and 3.0

I have done a massive fix of the spelling dictionaries for 3.0.1 and 3.0 for all languages. Let me know if you are running into problems with this so I can rebuild the package. GPOForFirefox has also been fixed to work with 3.0.1
