Changeing Title bar text

I know that the titlebar text IE(FrontMotion Firefox or Mozilla Firefox) is stored in the chrome\en-us.jar file. It is in the branding\brand.dtd file & the branding properties file in and extracted state. Is there anyway to change this with out extracting and repacking this executable jar file. Want to change this with out having to use add-in of any kind. End Users are getting confused when see they "FrontMotion Firefox" in the titlebar. Any help please!. Need to deploy this to 200+ users by EOW.
