Allow popups from a certain site

Hi there,
We have FrontMotion's Firefox deployed to our users but we're having a problem, in that one of our internal web-apps opens a popup window at login, and this window is being blocked by the blocker built into Firefox. My question is: how can I change the GPO to always allow this particular site to produce popup windows? Right now, every time the users open Firefox, they have to manually re-allow the popup which is frustrating them considerably.
