Refresh issue

ok well managed to lock the browser down nice awesome Frontmotion ppl 
only thing i have also done is stopped the browser from being able to auto refresh with this error "<meta content="0;url=/portal/xmlhttp/javascript-blocked" http-equiv="refresh" />" is there a specific policy for this as i am unable to see it. Or is it linked to something else?
