Newb needs help

I came across this on digg.com, I have been looking for something like this for a while to install firefox across our network. I'm not familiar with pushing programs to network pc's via GPO so this is new to me. In the instructions I'm good up until "optionally choose 'Advanced' to specify transformations (*.mst)."
How do I go about creating a mst file or were do I get it? Sorry just not for sure what to do next here. Any help is appreciated.
