I can't install FMLogin

When I run the installer it always fails when it tries to register flash8.ocx, what i can do??

Hello,
we've got the same problem :
1. uninstall fmlogin
2. install flashplayer -> restart
3. install fmlogin full -> restart
and it was ok for us.
Win2000 FR + SP4 in a 2K AD domain
