Had to ask. XD You never know.
Can you run the 'FrontMotion Login' control panel applet? In the advanced tab, make sure the 'use ... ' is checked.

Hum.. that is kind of strange since I have a Win2003 w/ AD and it is working great for me...
The only time that I know which can cause that is if the GinaDll key in hklm\microsoft\windows nt\current\winlogon is removed while the system is running...

Check
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\fUseDefaultGina key.
On XP it seems to have no effect, but might help for 2003.
