Active Directory - Group Policy support

Is there group policy support to limit who can change the FMLogin theme? And also, after deployment, is there a way to force a theme to be selected to keep all the computers uniformed?

Yes, you will want to use the FMLogin.adm file located at
http://www.frontmotion.com/downloads.htm
It will force the themes to be uniform.
Oh! Just noticed, feel stupid now.
