Error opening / importing FMLogin and Communication OS Theme

Hi there,
I download the latest Frontmotion and think this is a great and very powerful tool.
I have Flash MX 2004 and when I try to open / import the 2 themes you have on your site, it tells me "Unexpected file format".
Is there another "tutorial" for FM variables and controls so I can make my own logon screen? I really like the power of your software and would like to use it instead of the other logon editors I've got.
