Profile Redirection

I am learning about this type of gina, getting familiar with the flash syntax and want to create a new design. I program in VB 6 and .net. I am still researching and learning and I have had no luck with profile redirection on this type of gina. Could anyone point me in the right direction.. Thanks..:)
