When will a MSI package be available for download from FrontMotion's download page for the latest ESR version of FireFox (version 45)? Is there a mailing list or some other way to be notified when FrontMotion adds a new MSI package to their website?

Re: FF 45 ESR MSI
Same here. Firefox 45 is needed for Windows 10 as older versions have issues with it. I'm afraid this project may be dead.

Re: FF 45 ESR MSI
I'm guessing the v45 ESR MSI version won't be posted until FF gets to 45.2.0. I'm guessing this based on the timeline posted on FF's ESR website:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/o ... tions/faq/
It is also interesting that when I try to download the v45 ESR from Mozilla, the English (US) 32-bit version link downloads v38.5.1 and the 64-bit link gives a 404 error.
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/o ... tions/all/
I think we have to wait for the current v38 ESR version to reach the end of it's life cycle before they will post the v45 ESR version, but that's just a guess.

Re: FF 45 ESR MSI
I was able to successfully download both 32 & 64-bit Firefox 45 ESR from the Firefox website. Currently using 64-bit FFESR 45 which is working much better than 38.

FF 44.0.2. has some critical security issues.
See:

Therefore its very urgent to replace this Version! Any idea when FF45 will be available?
Thanks
Daniel

Re: FF 45 ESR MSI
The project may be dead, definitely not updated in a timely manner. I couldn't rely on FrontMotion Firefox anymore as Firefox 45 is needed to function properly in Windows 10, and have switched to Google Chrome with Group Policy which appears to work quite well and is officially documented by Google. I recommend deploying 64-bit Chrome whenever possible. Too bad Firefox doesn't support Group Policy natively like Chrome does.

Re: FF 45 ESR MSI
Or you could do what every other company is doing, which is avoiding Windows 10 with a ten foot pole due to all the compatibility issues. Was Vista really so long ago that nobody remembers skipping a Windows revision due to Microsoft refusing to listen to their customers?
I see no evidence of the project being abandoned, just an overworked underpaid developer who has to spend his time on the jobs that actually pay his bills.
And Chrome? Jesus, the reason I stay with FF is to avoid Chrome's never ending stream of compatibility issues. Google makes Chrome for Google websites. Compatibility with anyone else's website is incidental.
